Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use ClipStellar (called JARVIS until October 2026) — the desktop app, clipstellar.com and the ClipStellar Discord server. By buying or using ClipStellar, you agree to them.

1. Who can use ClipStellar

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy.

2. Your license

• Buying a plan gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use ClipStellar for that plan's length: Day Pass — 24 hours; 1 Month — 30 days; Lifetime — for as long as ClipStellar is offered.
• A Day Pass makes up to 5 edits. Remaking one of those edits doesn't count. 1 Month and Lifetime have no edit limit.
• Each key works on a limited number of PCs (shown in your dashboard).
• Don't share, resell or publish your key. We may disable keys that are shared, resold, bought fraudulently or charged back.

3. Free trial and invite rewards

• The free trial makes 1 edit and works for 3 days. It's one per person and one per PC — a PC that started a trial can't start another.
• Invite rewards: when 3 people you invited try ClipStellar (start their free trial) or buy, you get a free Day Pass key, and another for every 3 more.
• Trials and rewards are free extras. We may refuse or cancel them when we see fake or duplicate accounts, or other abuse.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record, and their terms also apply to your purchase. If something is wrong with your purchase, open a ticket in our Discord — refund requests are reviewed case by case.

5. Your content

ClipStellar edits video and audio that you provide. You're responsible for the content you use and post — including having the rights to it — and for following the rules of the platforms you post to, such as TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. JARVIS doesn't supply movies or music.

6. Acceptable use

Don't try to crack, copy, reverse-engineer or resell ClipStellar, get around its license checks, or use it to break the law or anyone else's rules.

7. Third-party services

ClipStellar works with services like TikTok, Discord and Polar, and their own terms apply when you use them. ClipStellar is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance or Discord.

8. Updates and changes

ClipStellar updates itself automatically, and features may be added, changed or removed over time.

9. No guarantees

ClipStellar is provided "as is". We work hard to make it great, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available, and we don't guarantee any number of views, followers or other results. Platforms like TikTok decide what happens to accounts and posts.

10. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for ClipStellar in the 12 months before your claim.

11. Ending access

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using ClipStellar at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top — using ClipStellar after that means you accept the updated terms.
